By accessing or using CCSub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

CCSub is an AI API relay platform providing access to supported third-party models, including Claude and GPT/Codex series models, via Anthropic- and OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account.

Outputs are generated by third-party models. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Credits are denominated in USD (1 RMB = 1 USD credit). Pay-as-you-go balances do not expire. Subscription daily credits reset daily and do not roll over.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to generate prohibited content, or to abuse the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may apply moderation and rate limiting to protect the platform and comply with upstream provider policies.

We respond to valid intellectual property claims. Contact us with the required information to file a notice.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, CCSub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by applicable law in our operating jurisdiction.
